Start with the real problem.

You do not need the whole toolkit. You need to know what level of control your project requires and where the risk may affect time, cost or contract.

Initial diagnostic

Your schedule says the project finishes on time. Is it true?

Send a short description of the project, current phase, critical milestone and main concern. For the Free Schedule Risk Analysis, attach preferably a XER or MS Project file.

Before the call

Useful questions.

What schedule do you have now?

P6, MS Project, Excel, approved baseline, update frequency and owner.

How is actual progress validated?

Quantities, daily reports, supervisors, constraints and change traceability.

What decision is worrying you?

Milestone at risk, productivity, claim, recovery schedule, indirect cost or contractual exposure.

What planned work is not executable on site?

We identify engineering, material, access, permit, QA/QC, HSE and interface constraints that can block progress even when the activity appears in the schedule.

Does the critical path match the site?

Real critical activities, consumed float, construction sequence, discipline interfaces and work that can no longer wait.

What do you expect from planning that is not working today?

We clarify whether the issue is the baseline, lookahead, weekly update, progress measurement, forecast, reporting or decision-making rhythm.
