Services

Four control lines to govern time, progress and risk.

PlanBuilt combines CPM planning, real site data, reporting, 4D BIM and delay analysis so the schedule stops being a presentation and becomes a decision tool.

S/01

Planning & Project Controls

For projects that need a defensible baseline, a reliable critical path, an executable lookahead and a forecast management can use.

Problem solved

The programme exists, but it does not govern the project: site runs on daily pressure, the critical path changes without explanation and decisions arrive late.

Deliverables

CPM programme, WBS/CBS/OBS, baseline, S-curves, lookahead, variance analysis, SPI/CPI, forecast and executive reporting.

Best fit

Industrial projects with schedule pressure, complex interfaces, contractual milestones, weak reporting or planning disconnected from the field.

Progress Measurement & Reporting

For turning field reports, quantities, constraints and physical progress into traceable data that explains whether the project is really progressing.

Problem solved

Progress is reported, but cannot be defended: rules of credit, evidence, quantities or connection with the schedule are missing.

Deliverables

Measurement rules, quantity structure, weekly reports, progress validation, dashboards, early warnings and reporting automation.

Best fit

When management receives reports too late, site disputes progress, the forecast is not credible or data does not support decisions.

4D BIM

Schedule-to-model linking to validate sequences, explain interfaces and identify constructability risks before they reach site.

Problem solved

The Gantt chart does not show whether the sequence is buildable: access, clashes, overlapping work fronts and spatial constraints stay out of the discussion.

Deliverables

4D simulations, constructability review, interface analysis, plan-vs-actual comparison and visual support for coordination and client meetings.

Best fit

Industrial assemblies, data centres, energy, process plants, commissioning and phases with high interference between disciplines.

Delay Claims Support

Technical delay analysis and contract support based on the programme, real records, event traceability and cause-effect logic.

Problem solved

The delay is suspected, but not demonstrated: critical impact, responsibility, mitigation, pacing, disruption and contemporaneous evidence are not separated.

Deliverables

As-planned vs as-built, windows analysis, time impact analysis, measured mile, pacing/disruption, technical narrative and EOT support.

Best fit

When there is contractual exposure, schedule disputes, changes, low productivity, extensions of time or a position to defend.

PlanBuilt Method

One common method behind the four services.

PlanBuilt Method is not a separate service: it is how we connect contract, production, field data, forecast and decisions in every workstream.

01

Diagnose

We identify where the system is failing: baseline, progress, data, sequence, forecast or contractual evidence.

02

Model

We structure WBS, milestones, progress rules, constraints, interfaces and reporting architecture.

03

Capture

We turn site activity into traceable data: quantities, constraints, resources, issues and evidence.

04

Analyse

We separate normal variance from real impact on critical path, productivity, cost and contract.

05

Forecast

We build forecasts based on logic, performance, constraints and recovery scenarios.

06

Decide

We translate analysis into concrete actions for site, management and contractual position.
