← Back to servicesTender / Baseline Programme

A defensible programme before committing to a date.

We prepare the schedule, resources, programme narrative and core deliverables for industrial and EPC bids. When the sequence needs to be understood visually, we add 4D BIM planning as a separate scope.

Deliverables

What you need to bid time without improvising.

The aim is not a decorative Gantt chart: it is a logic that explains how the work will be executed, what resources it requires and what risks are embedded in the offer.

01

CPM schedule

WBS structure, contractual milestones, precedence logic, durations, critical path and baseline in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

02

Resources and production

Resource loading, productivity assumptions, work fronts, key constraints and execution performance assumptions.

03

Programme narrative

Technical narrative explaining execution strategy, sequence, assumptions, exclusions, risks and the logic behind the bid duration.

04

Curves and base reports

S-curve, histograms, milestones, executive summary and deliverables ready for internal review or client submission.

05

Consistency review

We check calendars, constraints, open logic, float, weak sequences and points that may compromise the offer.

06

Optional 4D BIM

When a model exists and there is enough time, we link the sequence to the model to explain construction, access and critical interfaces.

4D for tender

4D planning is used when it helps win or defend the bid.

Not every tender needs 4D. We propose it when sequence, access, interfaces or phasing are part of the technical value of the proposal.

01

Visible sequence

The client understands how the project will be built, not only when each activity starts and finishes.

02

Critical interfaces

Interfaces between disciplines, areas, access, installation, testing and commissioning are identified.

03

More defensible offer

The technical narrative becomes stronger because it connects programme, model and construction methodology.

Indicative pricing

Three levels to size the tender effort.

Prices are indicative and depend on scope, input quality, urgency, number of disciplines and required level of detail.

Simplefrom €2,000

Base programme, milestones, main logic, simple S-curve and consistency review.

Mediumfrom €5,000

Detailed programme, resources, technical narrative, histograms, assumptions and tender deliverables.

Complexfrom €9,000

Full package for a complex tender with multiple disciplines, interfaces, scenarios and senior review.

4D BIM is priced separately when there is a model, enough time and real tender value.

Process

A fast route to a defensible programme.

01

Inputs

We review the tender documents, scope, BOQ, milestones, constraints, model and bid strategy.

02

Logic

We build the WBS, sequence, calendars, relationships and critical path.

03

Resources

We assign crews, productivities, curves, histograms and execution assumptions.

04

Risks

We identify weak points, suspicious float, constraints and high-impact interfaces.

05

Narrative

We write the technical explanation of duration, strategy, sequence and assumptions.

06

Delivery

We prepare editable files and the final package for internal review or client submission.

Next step

Your schedule says the project finishes on time. Is it true?

Send us the scope, tender documents or available information and we will tell you which package level fits your tender.
